Nestled between the Alps and the Po Valley, and surrounded by palms, oleanders, olive trees and vines, which thrive in the mild micro-climate, Lake Garda is like a small sea whose banks straddle three regions, Lombardy, Veneto and Trentino Alto-Adige, replete with picturesque villages, shores, marinas, parks, nature reserves and lively towns. While the eastern shore is called the “Riviera degli Ulivi”, or the “Olive Riviera”, the western shore is called the “Riviera dei Limoni”, or “Lemon Riviera”, with both offering a wide range of hotels, B&Bs, guesthouses, campsites and resorts.

For this particular tourist accommodation facility, composed of several residential buildings, Spazio Verde planted, first of all, some olive trees from the Garda area, whose flowering peaks in spring / summer.

An automated, low water consumption irrigation system was created with top quality materials, and low-consumption LED lights were supplied and installed.

Finally, the project involved the creation of an infinity pool with a traditional filtration system, and, for each accommodation, steel, wood and glass pergolas and a green roof, to reduce the environmental impact of the business.

The result? A garden that is a love song, a duet between man and Mother Nature.
