In olden times, Milan was full of gardens, orchards and green spaces, which have largely disappeared today. However, among the streets of the city, watched over by the famous figure of the Madunina placed on top of the cathedral, and by the more contemporary lines of skyscrapers that have populated the Milanese skyline over time, there are still some magical, fascinating and mysterious gardens, able to amaze and surprise. And it is precisely one of these that Spazio Verde brought back to life.

A survey of damaged and unsafe plants and non-valuable vegetation was first carried out, followed, if necessary or desirable, by their removal.

Then we proceeded to plant secular olive trees and other low-maintenance shrubs.

Next, the work focused on the renovation of the existing irrigation system and its adaptation to new needs, on the creation of scenic lighting with low energy consumption LEDs and craft-made lamps, on the renovation of the pre-existing anti-intrusion system, on the dry laying of red Verona marble paving stones for pedestrian walkways, and, finally, on the construction of a low environmental impact green roof for the garage.

The result? A green space designed with the mind and created with the heart.
