Summer Villa

“Il Belpaese”, the beautiful country that is Italy, is full of private summer homes used mostly in the warmest months. For one of these, Spazio Verde designed and created a wonderful garden planted with secular olive trees, seven different varieties of palm trees, various endemic plant varieties, Mediterranean blooms and aquatic plants.

An automatic sectioned irrigation system was created using high-quality RainBird® materials, guaranteeing utmost efficiency and water savings thanks to the use of clean water storage tanks. As for lighting, energy-saving lamps were added to plant and flower beds, marker lights were used along pathways and immersion lights with IP68 protection were installed in pools, fountains and water features.

The swimming pool has a skimmer system with chlorine purification, and a recirculating fountain has also been created for a natural pond with aquatic plants and freshwater fish.

As for paving, pedestrian paths and driveways were created with porphyry stone, and a part of the latter in Paving Green reinforced grass, and teak wood was used for the swimming pool sunbathing area, furnished with sun loungers, tables and other practical furnishings.

Technological systems are also very present, with a CCTV video surveillance system, an anti-intrusion system and the electrification and automation of vehicle and pedestrian gates.
