Seafront Villa

For the realization of the garden of this splendid seafront villa, Spazio Verde planted palm trees and other types of Mediterranean plants that harmonize perfectly with the natural scenery of Liguria, a wonderful land of imposing mountains and gentle, rolling hills, coloured by green Mediterranean shrubs and trees, and overlooking the sea with high, jagged coastlines.

Focal points of the project include an infinity pool with electric roller shutter and built-in whirlpool, Carrara marble paths, spectacular fountains covered with mosaics with incorporated planters, an entrance fountain with mirror and waterfall, an aquarium for the collection of Japanese koi carp, a nearby zen garden, outdoor furniture, several pergolas and a gazebo, which acts as a covering structure for an outdoor kitchen. The project used high quality materials with highly efficient water-saving and drainage technology for the recovery of clean and surface water for irrigation and low consumption LED technology lighting effect and service lighting systems.

Other technological systems were used to complete the project, such as cooling systems with fragranced vaporizers, heating lamps and a sound system distributed throughout the property.
